I just looked on my bank account and it said 10.00 was charged to Bourban Street Bar...He said there was no minimum at the time and I would not have to use 10.00 minimum. I did not buy more than one because I am really running low on money, if i knew i was gonna be charged that much, I would have atleast used it on drinks, not a rip off!June 23, 2016
