  The cake is dry, gross, and seems like it sits out for days at a time. It wasn't just the flavor I got either it has happened on all of the cupcakes I have tried. However after the poor service I received I don't think I will ever go back.

  Gigi's of Auburn is amazing. When my husband and I got married we knew we did not want to go with a traditional cake. We tried cupcakes from Gigi's at the Auburn Bridal Expo, in addition to being a normal customers. The owner went above and beyond with working with us. After a phone consultantion, we had an in store tasting and had the hardest time choosing the flavors because they ALL were so good.Gigi's even customized the cupcakes with cute hidden mickeys for us, which was sweet as my husband and I are disney cast members. I can never say enough good things about Gigi's. Lastly the store has tons of flavors and they change daily. I have loved almost ever cupcake.

  Price is ridiculous, service is terrible, and who in the world wants that much icing? Not only that, but the cupcake itself is dry! I've been there several times hoping it'd be different because my daughter likes it but I can't go back.
