After 20 minutes the line moved ONLY because several customers pulled away from the line and left. I called the store and ask to speak to the manager who did nothing to either closed the drive-thru or to put a sign stating that they WERE not able to deliver service! Unacceptable for McDonald's!!!!!!February 18, 2017
