  Waitress had a personality as flat as the grill. My hash browns weren't cooked to order. A friend's patty sausage was still raw in the center. Just awful, especially for such an easy menu, with no lunch rush happening.

  The waitress Michelle ( Chelle ) made my experience here the worst ever. Not friendly had to wait to get served. People that came in after me received their food before I did. Never came back to refill my coffee. She has no since of hurry up. Will not be coming back IHOP is looking better

  The Customer Service at this location is an absolute joke. I've come here 3-4x and yesterday was the worst. When I walked in, no one acknowledged me. I sat there for 3-4 minutes and listened to two of the waiters playfully argue at the register over something irrelevant, (One of them ripped a dollar in half) while 3 customers stood in line waiting to pay. I had to ask who my waiter was and another waiter came to me after she noticed I was frustrated. She then notified the woman that I was waiting and I still had to wait a few more minutes as I watch my actual waiter go around to her co-workers making a fuss about this ripped $1. I finally did get my food, which was fine but the process to actually getting it was a poor excuse of service.

  Depending on what you want, you'll either like it or you won't, and for basically all the same reasons. It's greasy, cheap, and a little rough around the edges. If you're picky, you'll find plenty of reasons to hate it. If you're not, and you want cheap food that satisfies, pick a booth, wipe off your table, and relax.
